These terms govern your use of Mirelis. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who you are contracting with

Mirelis is a trading name of Anton Kiselev-Minaev, a sole trader established in Cyprus ("we", "us"). Address: Ivykou 13, Apt. 101, Limassol, 3077, Cyprus. Contact: support@mirelis.app

There is no company behind Mirelis. Your contract is with the named individual above.

Who may use Mirelis

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Mirelis is not available to users in Cyprus. If Cyprus is your country of residence, you may not register, subscribe, or use the service. This is a restriction on our side, not a judgement about you, and we do not make exceptions to it.

We may refuse or close an account that falls under this restriction, including where the country given at registration turns out to be inaccurate.

Your account

You give accurate registration details, including your country of residence, and you keep them up to date. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at support@mirelis.app if you think someone else has access.

One person, one account.

What Mirelis does

Mirelis generates apparel imagery. You upload photographs of a garment, choose a fashion model and a pose, and the service produces images of that garment worn by that model.

Generation is automated and probabilistic. Results vary between runs, and we do not promise that any particular image will meet your expectations, match your garment perfectly, or be suitable for any specific purpose. We describe what the service does, not what any single output will look like.

Plans, credits and billing

Access is sold as subscription plans with a monthly allowance of generation credits, and as one-off credit packs. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include the currency stated there.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your billing settings. We will tell you in advance if we change the price of a plan you are on, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

What you may upload

You may upload photographs of garments and similar products. By uploading, you confirm that you own the images or otherwise have the right to use them for this purpose, and that using them does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Do not upload photographs of identifiable people. Mirelis is built for images of clothing, not of persons. The fashion models are generated by us; you do not supply them.

Do not upload anything unlawful, anything depicting minors, anything sexual in nature, or anything you are not entitled to use.

Rights in the images you generate

As between you and us, the generated images are yours. We assign to you whatever rights we hold in them, and you may use them commercially — product pages, lookbooks, advertising, social media — without paying us anything further.

Two honest limits on that. First, in several jurisdictions images produced by an automated system may attract limited copyright protection or none at all; we can give you our rights, but we cannot give you rights that the law does not create. Second, your rights in the underlying garment photograph are unaffected by us either way — if you did not have the right to use it, generating from it does not create one.

We may use generated images to operate, secure and improve the service. We will not use your images in our public marketing without asking you first.

The fashion models are not real people

Every fashion model in Mirelis is generated. They do not depict, and are not intended to resemble, any actual person. Any similarity to a real individual is unintended and coincidental.

You must not present a generated image as a photograph of a real person, and you must not use the service to imitate a specific individual.

Things you must not do

• generate or attempt to generate sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful imagery
• imitate a real person, a real brand, or an official body
• resell or redistribute access to the service, or share your account
• automate access, scrape the service, or work around usage limits
• reverse engineer the service or interfere with its operation
• use the service in a way that breaks the law where you are

Content checks

Generation requests pass through automated content checks. A request may be refused or a result withheld where it appears to breach these terms. These checks are imperfect and sometimes stop something harmless; when that happens the credit is returned to your balance automatically.

We do not review every image, and no check should be read as our approval of what you generate.

Processing by third parties

Generation runs on third-party infrastructure, including specialist providers of image processing and hosting. Your uploaded and generated images are transmitted to those providers for the sole purpose of producing your results. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Mirelis running but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you have paid for, you may cancel and we will deal with it under the refund policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that falls under the Cyprus restriction, or where we are required to do so by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first.

You may close your account at any time. Closing it does not by itself entitle you to a refund — see the refund policy.

Our responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses such as lost profits or lost opportunity, or for outcomes that depend on your own commercial judgement — including your decision to publish a generated image.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, ours is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that caused the loss.

Your rights as a consumer

If you are a consumer, you keep every right given to you by mandatory consumer protection law, and nothing in these terms takes those rights away or makes them harder to use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use Mirelis afterwards means you accept it. If you do not, you can cancel.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
